Returns Procedure for Non European Orders

FOOTWEAR RETURNS

Returns Procedure For Damaged Goods

If you have received a delivery and believe that the goods are damaged we will in most instances arrange a direct collection and return of the goods at our expense. The first thing we ask you to do is fill in the returns request with the following information:

  • Rock and Goth Order Number
  • Description of damage
  • If possible attach digital images of the damage via email

Where a collection has subsequently been agreed we will email a returns form to you. This must be enclosed with the package, this simply ensures we are able to process refunds or exchanges correctly on the goods arrival.

We would ask you to prepare the package for return and in a way that does not damage the original retail packaging. For your convenience return collections can often be arranged from an address and on a week day of your choice (excludes weekends) however we are unable to specify collection times.

If no alternative collection address or date is requested we will arrange the collection using the original delivery address at a date of our choice. We will then inform you of the collection date.

Product Size or Style Exchanges

On delivery of your goods if for any reason you wish to exchange goods for a different size or style please initially contact us via our returns option on the website with the following information:

  • Rock and Goth Order Number
  • Reason for exchange (size or style exchange)

We will email a returns note that must be enclosed with the package, this simply ensures we are able to process refunds or exchanges correctly on the goods arrival. The footwear must be in it's original packaging and in an unworn state. Any scuffs on the soles or any sign of wear means we are unable to exchange or refund the items. These must also be returned with in the 14 day period set out in this policy.

We would ask you to prepare the package for return and in a way that does not damage the original retail packaging. The goods must be returned to the address shown on the returns form and not our registered office address unless requested by us.

The responsibility for the return method and associated costs will not be met by Rock and Goth in any circumstances. We would advise that all goods are returned using a secure and tracked method as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We can advise a rough shipping cost by contacting the manufacturer of the footwear and we will let you know how much they will charge to resend the new style or size. The usual minimum charge for an exchange is £25.00.

If a price difference is a subsequence of your exchange request we will arrange for any funds to be refunded to the original account holder or will invoice for any balance due. We will in all instances charge a redelivery cost of our standard delivery charge at the time of exchange.

Exchange items will only be dispatched when all outstanding balances are settled in full and the original goods have been returned.

Returns for Refunds

On delivery of your goods if for any reason you wish to simply return the goods for a refund please initially contact us via the returns option on the website with the following information:

  • Reason for refund request

Returns Procedure For Non European Orders

Our normal policy is we do not accept returns from orders placed outside the European Union unless the goods are damaged or not as ordered, however we will review each request individually.

THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS of the receipt of your item, after this time has elapsed we can not accept the return.

Returns Procedure For Non European Orders

Our normal policy is we do not accept returns from orders placed outside the European Union unless the goods are damaged or not as ordered, however we will review each request individually.

Clothing and Other Items Returns.

Returning items must be returned with in 14 days from when the item was received.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and with it's original tags still attached. It must be in it's original packaging. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer and the return costs will not be refunded by Rock and Goth unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your item we will inspect it to ensure it is in resale able condition, once your item has been approved for refund we will notify you and process your refund less shipping costs using the same payment method as the original transaction. Outbound and return Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to return to your account.

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy. Jewellery and any item that is worn through the skin or comes in to contact with, eyes, ears or mouth are non returnable for hygiene reasons. All swimwear must have the hygiene patches in place, and show no sign of removal or tampering, otherwise we can not refund.
